New Beat the Bookies on the front page for the international matches.

Gutted with Fiji throwing away the lead at the end there.

That inability to close out results in crucial matches has been our achilles heel for far too long.

American Football tonight:

Oakland Raiders At Minnesota Vikings
Minnesota Vikings @ 10 - 23

Miami Dolphins At Philadelphia Eagles
Philadelphia Eagles @ 1 - 5

New Orleans Saints At Houston Texans
Houston Texans @ 4 - 5

Carolina Panthers At Green Bay Packers
Green Bay Packers @ 2 - 11

Pittsburgh Steelers At New York Jets
Pittsburgh Steelers @ 2 - 9

Washington Redskins At Dallas Cowboys
Dallas Cowboys @ 1 - 6

St. Louis Rams At San Francisco 49ers
St. Louis Rams @ 4 - 7

I’ve gone for sixfolds from 7 in case on lets me down.

Don’t have YouTube in work but have a hazy memory of seeing Artur Boruc make a save of outstanding quality from a free-kick for Poland the other night. It’s definitely worth checking out and I will do later.

Here’s the Holy Goalie’s save. It’s only on the 3rd or 4th view after 30 seconds that you see how immense it is:

Cracking save Bandage.

Relatively disappointing tips this week but still pulled four out of the bag. I had Estonia and Latvia in an even money double which came up and covered Croatia disappointing me in the 5fold one I went for (left out Fiji). Did call Anders Oper correctly though as the Estonian who’d make the difference against Andorra.
