I asked the exact same question this morning and got this neat summation from someone in the know.
The bit about the pizzas is almost unbelievably hilarious if true

Sent tweet to Greta thurnberg the other day about all his cars and how much emissions they produce to wind her up she replied with that small dick energy thing that has become 5th most liked tweet ever.
He replied with a video of him smoking and eating pizza and kind of taunting her again.
But apparently the pizza boxes in the video meant the Romanian police could prove he was in Romanian so could get a warrant to raid his house and arrest him.
He’s wanted for sex trafficking, kidnapping rape and running a crime syndicate.”
