She made some comment on talksport, or one of these, about Declan Rices transfer. She said that Arteta could ring Pep and get Pep to put in a bid in order to get Arsenalâs owner to pay up the amount West Ham wanted and get it done quickly.

She was widely mocked for the nonsensicality of the statement.
