Quick question lads: a tip of a horse at a communion saw me place a bet in PP shop in Raheen sat afternoon. Horse won and I was walking the dogs up to local PP in dublin to collect last night but got distracted, said I’d go this morning. Must have lost the fucking slip in the meantime as can’t find anywhere.
Any use in trying PP with the exact time and wager and see will they pay? Would it have to be in the shop in Raheen or any pp shop the same?
Chance it with the exact same way you wrote out the betting slip. They should have the image on acreen unlike Boyles

Go into the shop in raheen and ask. They should be able to sort it. I have heard of similar cases. So long as some other cunt didn’t find it and cash it

I’d have to drive all the way back down from Dublin is the issue there. Half the returns be gone on petrol!
Ya, they should sort you. The win should be on the system somewhere are pending payout.
They might get you to re-write the slip to double check the hand writing.
You’d want a rough time of when you placed the bet also.
Take it as a lesson learned, and give up your aul sins.
Yeah, thankfully could pretty much give exact time. Tip was given to me in one communion and stopped to place bet before heading to another so had a rough 10-15 min window.
Guy here helpful. Said he cant see in the system but tried to ring but engaged. Emailed them everything and said come back in an hour or so and we see what they say.
Seems not uncommon and he said only concern would be someone comes and tries to cash it in the meantime.
