Bosnia v Ireland & Ireland v Bosnia

how was that a free out?

Fucking outstanding from Clark!

Great stuff from Clark there.

Hamilton & Beglin are a wonderful commentary duo.

Great from Clark.

Zlatan got sent off for that against Chelsea.

Zlatan followed through with the trailing nose though.

@Mac followed through with both his trailing nose and a fart.

they are better than use. But that isn’t saying much.
Game is there if we could get our shit together.

Happy enough.

Keogh defending really well. Coleman and Clark decent too. Ward has been fine but card is a worry.

Midfield fairly quiet. Containing them fairly well apart from a spell around 20-30 mins in when we gave them too much pace. Whelan was brutal at the start, settled a bit since.

Hoolahan has been really poor. Touch isn’t great and he’s chickened out of a few challenges where he’s dangling a leg instead of getting in front and making them foul him. Slab has been poor enough too. Started to find his footing but needs to be better at getting us up the pitch.

What’s the point in qualifying if we have to watch 300 minutes of this shite next summer?

We are missing Walters tonight, they are a more powerful side than us and have won a lot of the 50/50 exchanges

It will be a lot worse next summer if we get through. Not an appetising prospect.

So we can have a piss up?

We’ll sing though mate. We’ll sing the shit out of it.

Packy Bonner and Mother Theresa are the panel on Sky Sports.

Ward might be struggling here on his yellow. I’d be thinking of McClean for him soon.

Presume we might do Aiden for Hoolahan and Robbie or Doyle for Murphy then.

Need to see a lot more from Hendrick, for all his being talked up and that class individual goal he scored during this campaign his offering v little tonight. In fairness to Whelan and McCarthy they are protecting the back four, which is both their natural games.

Eire went out to play for 0-0 here.

Even if they get it, and there looks to be a reasonable chance they will at the moment, Bosnia will probably score after five minutes in Dublin, and that’ll be that.

0-0 away from home isn’t a great result.
