Never not funny.
mudrykod!
Fair play to Arsenal, thereās a certain poignancy to them securing the title with a bit of hoodwinkery at a set piece. Overall they deserve it however, City were as poor this season as they have been under Pep, I still canāt understand how they were even in it in truth.
Heās been a great squad player for Arsenal. A really solid player who only left the Belgian league when he was pushing 26.
Will Arsenals title have to be asterisked now?
A Tipp 89 sized asterisk
it would be very Spursy to lose at home to a Leeds team who are now officially on their summer holidays
79 points after 36 matches isnāt fantastic.
A very weak EPL this year
Shur you can only play what is in front of you!
I think weāll have to put respect on their name. They turned up, no one else did.
Its in line with what most league champions would have got pre Pep
What happened in '89??
MOTD here showing the Arsenal match. Thereās 3 Arsenal players with both arms around 3 West Ham players pulling them to the ground or stopping them from making a run
theyāre not being reffed at all on corners.
I suspect the PL have realised they wonāt make one of the 115 charges stick but by god they werenāt going to allow City win it this year
It is hilarious. Woolwich, the big agricultural team that they are have scored about 40% of their goals all season from set pieces and fouling opposition players on those set pieces.
The key moment in winning the League is an opposition team getting pulled up and an equalising goal chalked off at the death for the thing Woolwich never get pulled up on fouling on set pieces.
Great result for Spurs though, Spammers getting beaten and greatly enhances our prospects of staying up. Weāll take it.
Meh
West Hampshire coach seems a decent sort. Hope he stays up
A fine raucous crowd at the 2nd leg semi- final V Hull City at the Den.
Finely balanced at 0-0 after 55 mins and 0-0 overall. A goal will do it either way.
Theyd be two valuable additions to the premier league
