British Loins Tour to New Zealand 2017 - Official Thread

The weight of history is on our side.

Any previous time the Loins have toured New Zealand in a year in which the latter two digits are 1 and 7, in whichever order, we’ve won the series.

Fitzpatrick still fucking harping about the 14 men.

Sam Warburton: “They won the first-half, we won the second-half and then we’ve got a third-half to go and win”.

Today is the greatest sporting day in Ireland’s history

Delighted for Gats.

As I exclusively revealed on this thread last weekend when all the Lions fans were giving up the ghost - Gats could still turn it around.

To think of the obscene abuse that man took for dropping O’Driscoll four years ago and the same flak for ditching O’Mahony - vindicated on both fronts.

Catastrophic decision by Irish rugby football to sack him that time. They’d have won a knock out match in the World Cup if they had persisted with him.

Especially delighted for the unsung heroes like big Jamie George, Captain Warbs and big Toby.

Sam is the man . Admirable Warburton .

The heroes today were Irish mate, and one of them is only a few miles over the road from you, have a bit of class and recognise the Limerick and Irish Lions on their big day, it might help after you let yourself down so badly on Sheffield.

You have some horn for the fat kiwi

Gatty is the Jeremy Corbyn of British Loins rugby football.

Written off prematurely even by his supporters like myself.

He is one of the great survivors.

wow, just wow
