Buying a daycent Suit

Going suit shopping in the morning gents-any recommendations? Don’t want to spend anymore than €300-400. Also, where would you buy a cheap tux? I need one for an upcoming event but hate renting them-you can smell the puke on half of them from Blacktie.

£400?? What would you know about a good suit in faurness

Get the tux from marks and spencer. As for the suit, is it for work wear or weddings?

Somebody mentioned M & S for the tux alright-I’ll have a look in there in the morning. Suit not for work-did a clear out of my clothes before Christmas and I left myself with just the one daycent suit.

@Bandage and the bean counters speak highly of Louis Copeland.

That’s what is kind of putting me off the place.

If you are any way average build go to marks and spencer. Great bang for buck. Sartorial and saville road inspired collection are way ahead of anything else in price range elsewhere. M and s buying power means great fabric and now design to match.

Kildare village.

Try the baumler shop on dawson st. German suits are better suited to irish body types than italian ones

Was there yesterday-what a fucking hellhole. The Boss shop had no 40 jackets left:rolleyes:. Place swarming with wide eyed lunatics-won’t be going back there I can tell you that for nothing.

Did you buy anything at all bud?

I didn’t but herself spent about a million quid on shite.

The shop across from the boss one had decent ted baker suits there, fit me perfect anyway, haven’t been recently mind.

Topped off with a nice scarf, brown shoes and a reach around in the lane behind the george

The first one isn’t bad-I wouldn’t put the second one on a dog.

That’s been known for years. Someone who claims to have been mugging him off since 2001 would be well aware of that. You’re letting yourself down big time here mate.

A dandy alright.

I would say thats a mugging off, but with tasotti its like beating up a fat, deaf blind kid
