Hi @Mac.

My front door won’t lock when the door is shut. The lock works fine when the door is open and goes around clicks into place. When the door is shut, the lock will move out into the slot but it will not click into the set position where you can remove the key in the locked position. I am reticent to use my brute strength as I know I will snap the key and jammed in the lock.

Advice please.
