I agree, for once with Fooley. If his aides were with him it’s safe to assume that his was working and, therefore, this is not a valid spot.
You may wish to be renumerated for charitable events. Boris didn’t.
Id definitely be looking for remuneration if not compensation for having to spend any time in your company as would my aides. Thus making it work if not also a chore
