Thatā€™s the second 69-year-old celebrity to die in the last week. These things generally happen in threes so if I was any of the following individuals Iā€™d be worried:

  • Steven Speilberg
  • Patti Smith
  • Sally Field
  • Marianne Faithful
  • Eugene Levy

Speilberg in particular as it would make for a poignant tribute at The Oscars.

Rickman dying has saddened me. Itā€™s between him & Patrick Stewart for my favourite actor. Loved him in Truly Madly Deeply, Dogma, Die Hard and he made a quality Sheriff in Robin Hood POT, he carried that film.
