Was Caroline Flack a big fan?
Who is Caroline Flack?
Any time I hear the name Caroline Flack I think of the legendary men’s tennis doubles partnership Flack (Flach) and Seguso. Each week circa 1988-90, TransWorld Sport on Channel 4 would inform the viewer that they were still top of the world doubles rankings before seguing to Indy Cars or boules or bobsleigh or Aussie Rules and a match featuring either the all conquering Hawthorn team or St. Kilda superstar Tony “Plugger” Lockett. Followed by more extended highlights of the Aussie Rules action in the dedicated highlights show which followed TransWorld Sport.
Give me Abblett anyday before Dunstall or Lockett
An absolute outrage this Irish hero isn’t recognized, deserving of at least 100 posts on TFK.
Instead we have simpletons arguing over whether the UAE is a human rights offender (they are, bigly) and whether that should influence our moral view of those absolute wankers Manchester City.
odd post
Hosni Mubarak the oul’ fucker has popped it.
I thought he was taken out in the coup that time?
By God… Are you sure? Didn’t he play with Joe Dolan’s Drifters back in the day.
Maybe I’ve mixed him up… Anyway, condolences…

It seems to have escaped the forums notice but Ronan Collins mentioned today that legendary Irish crooner Des Smyth died last week.

Who will be the first celebrity casualty of Covid-19? Surely Bressie has it by now
Has he been ill? Haven’t seen that sign for a few years now. What age was he?
Twink. She recovered from Mad Cow though, and she’ll recover from this too.
Max von Sydow.
The Night King caught up with him.
