Larry used to drive me stone mad sometimes. Hed play the first verse of a song and the chorus. Then hed cut to a break or the news. I must have nearly broken 10 radios

That could have been it. This guy had shoulder length reddish blonde hair and wore glasses. Was involved in a number of RTE music shows in the nineties.

There was a Polish version. It was as bad as the Irish version. Good luck to him though.

Yeah that was some craic, I wound up meeting his daughter about 6 or 7 years ago and she got a good laugh out of that story!!
