From what I’ve seen of it…the Dons grasped control of that game after around 15 minutes & absolutely murdered the huns for 20 minutes. Had the goal, a load of other chances, hit the post, missed the penalty.

A couple of minutes after the treble change…Johnston, Hatate & Maeda for Ralston, Bernardo & Palma.
Yang gets the assist but was shite otherwise & Forrest is now on for him.
Engels now in the deep midfielder role since Bernardo went off.
Nice to score during the half time for the Huns so they could enjoy.

Engels did well in the build up for that and great movement by Kyogo. Stupid foul but a very clear pull with two hands. Not sure what the centre back was moaning about.

Fairly routine win in the end after the two goals in quick succession. Not the best display & it emphasised the drop in quality in the wide areas when the first choice lads aren’t involved. It’s an area Celtic didn’t strengthen in the summer but I think they’ll target a wide player to come in. I’d be fine with Palma & Yang being moved on & Forrest shouldn’t really be the first alternative, despite doing us a turn in the latter part of last season. More positively CCV & Taylor got game time & Johnston is becoming a serious goal threat from full back.

Palma has turned out to be a player bought because of form as opposed to a real talent .
