Celtic v Hibernian

I think he could do with a few starts to get him up to speed, particularly if he is to play centre half.

We’ve a tough run of games in February. Doubt we’ll see him start unless absolutely needed.

I think he could do with starting some of our home games in place of Brown in order to get him up to speed and give Brown a rest.

We have Motherwell at home in a couple of weeks and it might suit us to play him then. Before that it’s Valencia at home next week and St Johnstone at home in the cup at the weekend. If that was a league game he might start but I think Brown will play because it’s a cup game.

Probably a long term injury for Izaguirre now too. He’s actually been a bit of a weak link and it’s been masked by a favourable set of fixtures since Christmas. That said, Hayes had a shit cameo and isn’t a natural left back. In short, we need Tierney back asap.

Boyata was comfortable on his return and Toljan looked fairly accomplished. He’s not explosive on the overlap but he’s capable and composed on the ball. Very nice link up with Weah before setting up Christie for the opener. Simunovic has been good since coming in for Benkovic and was solid again today bar one mistake at 2-0 which let them in for an effort.

I thought McGregor was excellent again, especially in the second half. He’s probably on course to win POTY in Scotland.

Did Ralston nearly kill a guy, lads?

Forrest and Edouard expected to be fit for the weekend too.

Hibernian manager postponed getting a vasectomy in order to be in the dug out. Surprised Hibernian players didnt come out all guns blazing to try and get something for their unselfish boss but they were fairly limp and impotent in front of goal and couldn’t register a shot.
