I know they were brutal but he looked very good tonight.

Why was the game at Celtic Park last night?

Do seeded teams get home advantage or how is the venue determined?

Looks like that - Linfield were in Poland .

Although the Dundalk game is neutral venue . I assume neither they or their Slovenian opponents are seeded ?

@mickee321

dundalk are seeded - NK Celje are not and i had a hard time with that as NK Maribor and Olipija Llublijana do ok in europe so i thought the slovenian coefficient would be seeded

so dundalk were drawn away, Slovenia is not on irish green list so NK Celje have to nominate a country to host the game that is on ireland’s green list- the went with hungary and choose Ujpest as the venue

poland is on UK NI green list so no issue for linfield
guessing UK is on icelandic green list also

Think it was due to Celtic being first out of the glass container rather than any seeding or green list reasons.

We’re home for the next round also?

Correct.

Potentially neutral if it’s against the Swedes due to some travel restrictions but that’s to be determined. Not away anyway.

All the home teams won last night, most of them emphatically. I think the open draw is too much of a lottery but I guess they didn’t have many options.
