Celtic v Rangers, Sunday - 12.30pm, Sky Sports Football 🍀

Look at this Hun cunt. Probably a Murderpool supporter.

Probably has a Stevie G bedspread or some such

Fuck the pope.

I’m guessing Morelos is Catholic ?

I love the way scumbags in the stands get riled up and offended over a hand gesture. Celtic Rangers , two cheeks of the same horrible fat arse.

Presumably

We mustn’t rush to judgement but this is not looking good for Glasgow Celtic. More reports in the papers this morning of video footage of Morelos allegedly been racially abused. If what is been reported was said, it’s truly sickening and reflects very badly on the Glasgow Celtic support.

Post reported.

Have the police received an official complaint yet?

which papers? I’ve missed this whole story and I’d like to catch up

A few Scotch tabloids by the look of it

Agreed. There may be nothing in this. There are a lot of uncorroborated allegations flying about and simple minded folk bizarrely take everything they read in The Sun and other such rags as fact.

Tans love the Sun. It’s where they get their education from.

Morelos was clean through deep into injury time with Rangers leading 2-1. If you looked away for 20 seconds and then glanced back to see the ref brandishing him a red card then you’d wonder wtf fuck happened in between.

Anyway he was trudging off and was called an orange and a hun bastard by some Celtic supporters based on the freely available video footage. He was making cut throat gestures at the home fans as he went on his merry way. I think he gets a 2-game ban for a repeat red card offence in the league but there’s precedent for more games for offensive gestures (Lennon was banned for 4 games as Hibs manager for celebrating a goal in front of the huns with an aeroplane gesture). PS, I wasn’t offended by either gesture.

The Rangers PR chaps have stealthily tried to get in ahead of a large ban by changing the “narrative” to reaction to racism so as to try to minimise the punishment. They’ve also said his cut throat gesture is common in South America to signify “game over”, but this has been rejected by my reliable sources in the continent. It’s going to be a filthy second half of the season on and off the pitch.

What has Uncle Tom English had to say about it all?

Strangely enough there are plenty of Irish who form their opinions on what The Sun tells them. Strange, strange people.

I was offended by the Morelos gesture. I should point out however that’s i have gone out of my way to be offended by it .

Is the Sun not the newspaper of choice for the scummy soccer crowd for their soccer news? Except on Merseyside of course.

Was Christie’s injury caused by Morelos?

You shouldn’t be offended by the Morelos gesture. It’s been clarified that it is an innocuous gesture in South America which signifies that something is over.
