That was very poor. Should have been at least another 90 seconds to play with the messing in injury time but we weren’t looking like scoring. Poor performance throughout really.
An entire game of attack versus defence bar a couple of forays forward on the break for them. Celtic weren’t good enough to break them down and we don’t have enough players of sufficient quality. There’s a lot of work for Deila to get on with and he needs to move on a fair few as well as making several signings too.
I think Guidetti could do with being rested for the Thistle game, he is going through a dry period and seems to be trying too hard at times. What do you think @Rocko[/USER], [USER=9]@Colin Montgomerie ?

Yeah it’s not happening for him at the moment. Griffiths looked more dangerous today, though I think he’ll never amount to much more than a Plan B for us. Scepovic probably could do with being entrusted with a starting role.
I see we’re looking into extending Denayer’s deal for a second season. Think that’s good news but we definitely still need at least one other centre back.

Griffiths ended up playing a really strange role today. From about 20 minutes in, it appeared he was playing tucked in on the right. He was cutting back in on his stronger left foot most of the time and trying to link up, and he fired off a couple of speculative shots too, but he was too deep and wide to be threatening. I would have kept him playing through the middle. Guidetti is definitely gone off the boil.
In the 20 minutes if this I watched, usually when a Celtic player would try to make any kind of a pass, the ball would go out of play. And Ross County looked like they had an extra player.
I really hope Aberdeen or Dundee United win the league.

Good win for Aberdeen today at Inverness to cut the gap at the top to two. Terrific to see a team with two players from Éire - Adam Rooney and Jonny Hayes featuring so prominently pushing hard for the title.
