Tierney has been excellent. Mulgrew has defended well but his use of the ball has been poor. Lustig is getting caught ahead of the ball and too narrow far too often. We’re following guys inside into crowded areas and letting Wallace jog down the outside repeatedly. Boyata was appalling, Sviatchenko hasn’t been any better.
Brown continues to be dreadful. Awful touch for the goal though those sort of things happen if you give up so many crosses, corners and free kicks in your own half. Bitton has been far too quiet. Should be well able to dominate in a game like this but he looks lost.
I have GMS as my worst player. Cowardly, naive, no impression on the game at all. Lucky he had Tierney behind him. Johansen has been poor like he has been all season but had a couple of nice touches for our only threatening attacks. Roberts is causing them problems but he’s awful at tracking back and that was some miss. Griffiths needs better supply to be any sort of threat. He hasn’t been a factor in general play but continues to look like scoring.

Celtic basically stopped attacking in the last 10 minutes of the half.
I’ve seen little of them this season bar the Malmo games and away at Aberdeen in February but they appear to be incredibly brittle in that when something goes against them they immediately wilt badly.
Scott Brown looks finished as a player, but at least he’s putting himself about which can’t be said for some of the foreign players like Bitton and Johansen who are dreadful.
I’ve always rated Kenny Miller. Superb finisher, cute as a fox and you can see why he’s had such a long career.
Warburton has them playing excellent stuff. Baffling decision by Brentford to get rid of him last year. They’d probably be knocking on the door of the Premier League now had they kept him.
