That was shite football but very entertaining, tremendous hatred on show, and that’s how it should be.

He was sensational. Almost Italian. Fucking unreal defending from him. Seemed like he was defending on his own for much of that.

Ah that was fucking brilliant.
Shite half hour after the break. Sinclair was appalling and we lost all momentum and confidence. But wonderful win in the end. Ajer and Edouard were superb. Jesus, Edouard won absolutely everything and shrugged them off easily all game.
What a miserable goal to concede. They had worked the same move a few minutes before and Sinclair was nowhere to be seen either time. Still Boyata had help from Lustig and still let Kent go round him the other way.
3 match ban coming up for Kent presumably.

Presumably the season is over for both Tierney and Boyata now.

Tavernier really embodied the spirit and character of his manager with that mistake this evening, you can see why Gerrard chose him as captain.
