Pros for Lennon:

Four wins and a draw since taking over, including victories at Hearts and Hibs and a derby win.

I think Rodgers blindsided the hierarchy and the players by leaving during the season. Lennon’s maintained stability when the club/players were caught completely by surprise and felt vulnerable (like a beautiful bride dumped by her husband after constantly whispering sweet nothings into her ear).

He’s extended our lead while having to deal with an injury epidemic caused by that prick Rodgers running players into the ground. We look like a squad that needs fresh impetus. A lot of these players have been “on the go” for nearly three full seasons due to the early season CL preliminary rounds.
Cons for Lennon:

Aside from away to Hibs in the cup and the first half yesterday, the football has been fairly stodgy. We’ve faced ten men a couple of times and allowed Hearts and Sevco back into the game each time.

The likes of Weah and Burke seem to be falling down the pecking order. Albeit on loan, I’d prefer to see him use dynamic, attacking players rather than conservative, tried and tested options.

The style of play is a bit confused. A mish mash of Rodgers’ possession based game and Lennon looking to build up quicker and we seem to lack cohesion as a team.
