On the replay, there was a fair shout for a penalty that time Gameiro got through.
Navas clearly gets the ball first time, but he doesn’t get rid of it from the immediate area and the ball is still in play as far as the attacker is concerned. Then Navas goes for it again and brings Gameiro down.
I can see why the referee didn’t give it, but it was a debatable decision in my view.
