Was in pub which inevitably shows Liverpool. Just looking at the score, Madrid/City felt like the closing of the door on a very significant and great modern team in it’s present guise. Bar went mad when they flashed MBappe celebrating a goal. By a million miles the biggest modern star.
You’re going away from home to European competition royalty, to a potential finalist/winner, & trying to overturn a first leg deficit but you leave your big money striker signing on the bench. It doesn’t really show a lot of faith in Adam Idah.

Liverpool have a 50/50 chance of PSG for winning the group.
But to be fair Athletico and Lille have the worst of it. Bayern or real

Very little reward there for topping the group. The lower half of the draw is much weaker.
Some magnificent ties there. The bracket has added another layer of excitement to the competition
