He’s one of those soccer analytics types so I doubt he just invented the figure. I’ve seen 40% mentioned elsewhere as the average chance conversion rate based on Opta stats of “big chances” but this isn’t restricted only to “one on ones” though it is something Opta track.
Ronaldo is a bigger bottler than Robben. Bottles it time and again on big occasions.
