Strachan’s annoying enough at times. He was going on earlier about Manchester United playing ‘par’ football for the first half and continuing to play ‘par’ football for most of the second before finishing with a ‘birdie’. When Celtic drew blanks under him, he’d often be prattling on about making chances but being like a golfer who wasn’t having any luck on the greens. Fuck off.

Trying to compare Rooney and Scott McDonald was going too far. McDonald scored against United. No Contest its McDonald.

Liege 2-0 up on Arsenal. Gas. Had a chat with Jugs while we’re looking for the Barca game and we went for this game on TV because of shock potential. Eduardo tried a backheel on the edge of his own box and it was intercepted and rifled home and then they won a penalty and converted it almost straight from the kick-off.
