Preston, the team representing the Irish in Britain, are 1-0 ahead at Forest. Greg Cunningham with the assist and Alan Browne playing central midfield. Eoin Doyle is still suspended for fighting with his team-mate Jermaine Beckford and getting red carded recently. Boyle and Horgan wonāt be eligible to play until January having signed from Dundalk. Oh, McGeady is on the bench tonight. 
McGeady has been injured (again). This is his first game back. Heās started when fit (which hasnāt been too often).
Darren Randolph bouncing back from that mistake at the weekend with a couple of sublime saves.
Hopefully he can nail down the number 1 spot. He seems to be his own worst critic and fairly introspective so that bodes well.

I see OāNeill is meant to be chasing after Lukas Jutkiewicz, a Birmingham striker eligible due to an Irish granny, heās also eligible for England (birth) and Poland (grandfather).
He doesnāt seem to be much of a prolific scorer but has been having a good season for Birmingham and is a target man type players which would make him a good fit with this side. With Walters and Slab in big decline and Long not getting much action lately, we are lacking a striker. Hogan has had enough time to make his mind up now so fuck him, if this guys wants to play then bring him on board.
