Blackwater CBS is the secondary school in Lismore Co. Waterford, not an almalgamation.
They used to be Lisomre CBS ok, and won an Harty Cup as that in around 1994 with Dan Shanahan and Dave Bennett in their ranks.

He strikes me as the type of guy who’d be struggling with bonnleibheil english at junior cert level to be honest.
Maybe in lismore CBS however they had a structure for incorpoating this type of individual into the system to facilitate the hurling teams prowess…

Lismore were hammered by North Mon and Midleton CBS around that time.
Ya they never won a Harty. Mon beat them in either final or semi final.
