Well these are two north Galway clubs and there’s a pile of clubs all very close to each other up around there. Big rivalries but you wouldn’t see too much dirt in the matches.

Excellent contribution
These lads wouldn’t have gone to the same schools or drink in the same towns, whatever rivalry there is here is a carryover from previous games against each other and M/M used to be managed by a Corofin man. The hurling rivalry would be much more likely to have land disputes and pub brawls from previous generations, stuff that really matters.
