Was he on the Tipp panel last year? He’s got loads of legs and looks well able to carry the ball, not something that Tipp have been exactly flush with.

No. He did fairly well in the run to the 2019 u20 All Ireland but don’t think he’s been involved since AFAIK. Probably were other standout players that year in fairness.
