Coach Klopp - dream maker

The great teams of the eighties loved a milk cup win. I was at Wembley for the 1995 Coca Cola Cup final. At a church for confirmation rehearsal, not the stadium :grimacing:

Clattenburg is a weasel.

A massive asterisk next to all those titles won by Mr Alex Ferguson.

Handy enough win leagues when you can do it with point totals in the 70s and 80s. There’s an altogether different level of competitiveness these days. You’re at nothing if you’re not hitting the high 90s

They won one with 75 points in 96/97. Even the treble winning team won it with 79 points. That kind of room to manoeuvre is unimaginable these days.

You’d have to think without favouritism from the refs that team would have been getting 60 points a season. And Schmeichel used to get them ten points a season. Really calls into question the calibre of the likes of Scholes.

The ratoath inn scousers with their 1 league title in 30 years discussing the all conquering Fergie teams winning point totals. Lol, you couldn’t make it up @BruidheanChaorthainn has them destroyed.

Any mention of The Boss drives them absolutely demented.

The wagons are circling, hopefully none of them park in “The Boss’s” spot

Come back to me when Klopp matches The Boss’s achievements.

Not in my lifetime

@BruidheanChaorthainn is a prominent poster here but I don’t know if Rocko would appreciate him being referred to as the boss on TFK.

Coach Klopp has got very defeatist in recent weeks and it’s cost his team.

An extraordinary attack on the match officials who presided over the Spurs game. Having a whinge at Chairman Levy for not having enough hand sanitiser in the press room at White Hart Lane. Agitating to have our great and beloved 130 year English tradition of Boxing Day and festive season football scrapped for a winter break.

No wonder his team looked so poorly prepared and unfocused at Filbert Street last night with all these sideshows going on.

Not the first time that this has happened. It was the same a couple of seasons ago and had the same impact on the team.

He implodes when the pressure comes on. Blessed to have played Spurs in a CL final and I’d be fairly confident if the league didn’t turn into a farce with no fans and water breaks they’d have imploded in the 2020 run in.

Their defence of the Premier League and Good Old Big Ears were as meek as they come too.

I totally agree with you there. I think if there had been no pandemic Liverpool would have got 0 points from the remaining 9 matches.

Meaning they’d only have won the league by a point.

Phew.
