Liverpool haven’t won the league yet. No crowds mean teams like Liverpool that rely on huff and puff And not technical ability will struggle. I wouldn’t rule out another collapse.

I don’t think Chelsea have a solid enough foundation to win the league. It’ll be the same as the last couple of seasons, between City and Liverpool.
Klopp has initiated a clearout to raise some funds to buy a few new players. Lallana and Clyne, both big earners will be gone.
