I finish every shower with the last minute at as cold as can be. Being doing this for nearly 15 years I’d say. Can’t imagine not doing it particularly in the morning.

Not even about me as such, but I was looking into cold showers a couple weeks back and that was a question no one seemed to have an answer to. Seems like it doesn’t count.
