You’d have to argue they have a strong enough case whereby Paddy tweets something (with no relevance to the Web Summit) and then subsequently high-profile clients publicly announce they are stepping away due to that.
I wonder what caused the apology etc though. Part of his problem it seemed in recent years was there was no one checking his behaviour, no board/shareholders etc to get him to wind his neck in etc. What changed now?
