Comrade Patty Cosgrove - Irish Hero

They’re already made a shit ton of cash too which people might forget. It’s not something getting cut down in its growth phase.

Yep. That’s more like it.

I don’t know if my web browsing, TFKing etc on my phone is visible to my Instagram but IMMEDIATELY after reading this thread earlier on, I checked my Instagram and there was a Web Summit/Plummet ad with a proud boast of “this year’s web summit will feature the highest number of start ups ever”.

I thought to myself that Paddy will be like the wallet inspector in the Simpsons taking dough off gullible geeks whose idea of a “start up” is some college dorm room operation.

season 5 episode 3 GIF

Lets not forget amidst all this that Paddy ripped of a load of people in ireland in his early days. Never paid anyone he was meant to for the entertainment gigs etc.

Does that include or exclude the 25 bonus points for honours maths? We could do with some youth here.

Was the 25 for an A1 or just a blanket bonus? I think I benefitted myself with a C but can’t remember as I did arts

It was 40 for an A1 when I did the LC

You get 25 extra just for doing honours maths now i.e. 625 was 600 in old money or 500 was 475.

They’ve tweaked it since and have also decided that exams generally aren’t the way. All mad.

Posted about it a few times before here. When the web summit was starting he engaged a heap of artists and venues around Dublin for various entertainment and evening stuff to boost the whole thing. They were publicised as events and networking opportunities and sold as evidence of how cool everything was here. Theyre still waiting on the cheque…
