What an incredibly interesting and clearly decent and humble fella

Was talking to a lad and he said Nelligan is very very like Lynch stylistically

Went down a McDonald rabbit hole on YouTube last night. His second Captain’s interview is interesting re developing young players. He is looking for the young kid that stands back and surveys rather than the child in the middle of the heap.

Predictions for Senior the weekend: Barrs, Newtown, Kanturk, Bride Rovers, Sars, Blackrock.

He’s 28 until he turns 29

Ideas about tonight? Handy Newtown and Midleton wins?

I see Sars have added another Kerry import.

Definitely more 28 than 29

Who is that?

Just looking there. July 15th is his birthday so he’s certainly 28 until he turns 29.

We’ll batter Newtown. I’ll be delivering live reports

Bryan Murphy’s younger brother.

Sure what would he know, we have our experts here who know better. He’s obviously pally in some way with JP like Nicky English is.

There’s a very short list of possibilities for that accolade but it’s pointless as the game is completely different

I’d tend to agree with him but everything isn’t about Limerick :man_shrugging:, you’ve lads already taking offence at something completely irrelevant

I’ve told this story before but my father is a Tippo. He worked in Cork in the 70s and 80s so was at the end of a lot of slagging as it was a lean spell for Tipp. And he is ADAMANT that had JBM not retired in 1986, Tipp would have ended no famine in 87
