Who do we want in the final lads? I suspect the KK full-forward could go to town on us in a way Tipp mightn’t.
Tipp all day long. KK have plenty of pace throughout their team which nullifies one of our strengths
Ya has to be Tipp. Kilkenny can win ugly. Tipp play one way, the pure way, and that way suits Cork.
Well done Cork, from a bitter Limerick man. The most consistent and best team over the last 12 months. Now finish the job and get Liam back Leeside.
It’s some collecting for the CCB. I couldn’t think of anything worse to attend.
how many tables is one talking about at the 5k per table event?
There is a singer in Tipp trying to mimic Kingfishr success with Killeagh by penning his own folk Tipperary hurling song - same chap wouldnt know a hurley from a tennis racket.
Im waiting on the 2 Johnnies to produce one in the coming days
They fired out the Tipp Rap from 2016 on socials again yesterday. They’ve polished the act a lot since then. Gas hoores.
Want Larry back was a triumph.
D Paper being coy here. Attendees get the option of purchasing a ticket.
Sure lookit, it’s a grander version of the small club ticket raffle…it’s a chance to make a few quid for the CCB and if they can get punters, then why not…hopefully the greater share will go to the players holiday fund…
Harnedy is back training apparently?
Killeagh down a few for the league final this Sunday, pile on Midleton.
No betting on league games id inagine.
I think its grand for what it is. I’d some pain in me hole leaving Croke Park last Saturday but seeing lots of Cork kids singing it word for word made me smile.
I love it, the supporters love it, the players love it
It’s a lovely song, the lyrics would make you puke but there’s a place for that kind of thing, I’d say it’s going nowhere anyway
‘Rarin and tearin and fightin for love’
It’s vaguely hilarious that the fella on the other side of the world is driven mad by it cos it’s about the next parish over
Song is clearly hitting it’s mark !
Killeagh is everywhere, no point getting hung up on parish rivalries,
I’d say part of the reason it’s being sung is that half the crowd at the matches have no real club affiliation. Petty or not, I don’t think I’d be singing so graciously about a rival Limerick club myself ![]()
But as a neutral it’s a grand song.
