this poor box nonsense should be done away with TBH. it gives judges too much latitude and isnt applied across the board or consistently. Iām surprised the DPP didnt appeal it.

I suspect they are overworked, the victims were āleant onā in a nonspecific kind of way to let it go, so didnāt complain, and there are cowards involved across the board worried about a hatchet job in the sindo. That photo in the first communion dress was so far beyond crass that words fail me.
