Corofin v St Vincents

Fuck off ya spud munching roaster.

It’s a pity intercounty football is rarely as open as this, both teams going for it but liable to concede scores at the other end.

Not on a soft pitch like that it wonT. Surprised at you Kev not knowing that with all your coaching expertise.

What’s the score???

Ya it’s fantastic football.
Is it only at IC level the refs are not implementing the rules so?
Rules playing a big part in this game.

Thing is Vins are so efficient up front all they need is to get back to parity around the middle and they’ll still win.

As good a half of club football as you’ll see. I thought it had the makings of a real good game but its even surpassed my expectations. C’mon Corofin.

Talk to the refs. It’s completely their fault.
This ref will ref games completely differently in 4 months time. That’s the sad fact of it

Foot block by keeper id say

Christ, we’ll be stuck listening to that Brendan Cummins ad regarding losing the club match for eternity.

Ya but what if you have identified that Corofin are very good on tackling the solo, which they are, and you instruct them to use their bounce when under pressure?
Just speculating here.

Vincent’s defence looks like conceding goals. They’ve been cut open a number of times and Corofin are doing a reasonable job shackling Connolly, Quinn and Burke at the other end and their defence is putting on excellent pressure. They’re also tackling well from the front. I think Vincent’s are lucky to be only two down. Corofin are using the handpass better and not putting their own possession under threat in dangerous areas. Vincent’s seem eager to kick the ball at every oppurtunity but as said that pitch doesn’t suit that kind of game. Still all to play for but Corofin look the more likely.

Btw, Fennell does fuck all. What a fuss about nothing.

1-10 to 1-6 now. Vincent’s look in real trouble.

Ah this is tremendous from Corofin.

Galway football teams when in full flight…

Surely had to be a penalty there ! Corofin player clearly touched it on the ground in the square.

I know, I was just goading that soft Dublin cunt @tazdedub

What the fuck? He surely stopped that with his hands

Ah lovely.

That was surely a penalty for Vincent’s. Defender handled it on the ground on the line?
