That non penalty is one of the worst decisions I have ever seen. Right in front of the umpires and all.
Better team won anyway.
Hopefully the Limerick hurling and Galway football aristocrats will prevail on Paddys Day.

I expect all those disagree ratings to my opening post now to be undone.
What age is Lundy?has he featured much for Galway?Fennel didnt look too disapointed after the match, then again he only joined them to further his Dublin carear so makes sense.

There was no need for a separate thread you upstart cunt.
I’ll either be in the Ardhu or the Woodfield alright.
I’ll be the urbane-looking chap who has disguised, but never hidden, his inner roaster.
Jarlath Burns looked horrifed there at the end having witnessed the all singing, all dancing, St Vincent’s team being put to the sword by the Galway boys

Not a fucking chance. Well done to corofin. They were the best team on the day.

There was an even worse one in Castlebar last week when Cillian O’Connor never left the inside of the square for a goal he scored.
Vincents were absolutely shocking, poor decision making in attack, dropping harmless uncontested balls in defence. I thought the game was of a very poor standard, Corofin looked the hungrier team and deserved the win. I would strong fancy Slaugthneil to win it out now.
Have you even seen them play?
Yes.
I have been tipping Slaughtneil after I saw them comfortably dispose of Clontibret.
Lundy is 24. Supposed you could call him a late bloomer as he never played underage for Galway although he was always highly regarded in Corofin. Made his senior county debut against Armagh in the league last year, coincidentally his opportunity arose only after club team-mate Gary Sice walked from the panel after being fucked around by Alan Mulholland

Slaughtneil have a decent chance of beating Austin Stacks but Corofin would make bits of them in Croker.
Will Sice get back on the squad. He seems like a lad who could dictate a tempo for a team as a dropping corner forward or maybe a more orthodox no. 11.
How many if tht Corofin team will definitely be on Galway squad?
The writing is on the wall with a while now I think that Galway will be back in te big time soon enough.
Again like I think with Killmallock and Limerick, although not in same stage of development, Corofin even without winning final could catapult Galway right into the mix.
Corofin are like a Kerry team, they can play it anyway it comes. They were basically a bit more flexible than Vincent’s
It would certainly seem today was the tougher side of the draw.
But no point discussing anything related to ulster with that muppet.
I highly doubt that as Slaughtneil have an extremely good defence and an excellent midfield game. It would be 50/50 but I would give the Ulstermen the edge should they progress tomorrow. The game today was littered with mistakes.

Sice will be back. He’s often played as an attacking wing back for Galway, be interesting to see how Walsh deploys him, I’d imagine as a wing forward. Himself, Lundy, Greg Higgens and keeper Tom Healy will all return to the Galway setup and probably vying for starts. Kieran McGrath, Ian Burke, Micheal Farragher, Ronan Steede and Brian Silke will all be knocking on the door. Ian Burke the most likely I reckon. With the Sweeneys and Varleys making a serious impact so far in the league Kevin Walsh will have some of the good kind of selection problems to come
