How?
If youâre not coughing and spluttering, youâre practicing good hygiene and adhering to the social distancing guidelines then thereâs very little chance of you passing it on if youâre asymptomatic.
There are essential workers who are required at this time and there are those who arenât and the rules about this are very clear, fall in and do your bit.
