Who decides this ? Will I be informed when I submit my digital cert ? I only noticed the issue as there was one line in a daily mirror article, Iâd never have considered it ⌠my wife got second vaccination in Spain a month ago, whatâs to stop her needing a PCR too instead of using her digital cert ?
If sheâs vaccinated sheâll be fine. Iâd imagine you will too but, by the letter of the law, youâd need a PCR as you arenât fully vaccinated

So the update on the previous update. Somehow, the pharmacy inputted the date wrong so when my brother requested the cert the other day they threw that date down instead and, now, it canât be changed. No one can change the arbitrary wrong date that was put in 2 days ago
