Coronavirus Thread (Markey hates Immigrants )

That is pathetic

Agreedā€¦ glas wants everything on his terms.

Youā€™ve gone from saying I was hysterical for suggesting vaccine passports are on the way to now calling for it to be extended to outdoor sporting events .

Hereā€™s one for you - one of my best friends has been following all of the guidelines for the last 18 months, her husband is fully vaccinated and she wouldā€™ve gotten it as well but sheā€™s now pregnant and is nervous about getting it with all of the mixed messages about pregnant women getting the vaccine which means of course she is being excluded from many things in this brave new world of ours. They tried to go for a meal last night but couldnā€™t get in anywhere because of course she is unclean and awkward in your eyes. Thatā€™s just one everyday example of the consequences of the disgusting new regime you now support and seemingly want extended to other areas of life. It is not all as black and white as people just being ā€œawkwardā€.

How many times have I to tell you I donā€™t agree with it and think there should be a testing element as well? I must have said it in direct response to you about four times at this stage.

But this is the (shit) system we have decided is safe in Ireland. If weā€™re going to have it then why not extend it to itā€™s logical conclusion, especially given the timing of the all Ireland finals, practically every adult has had the opportunity to be vaccinated by that point.

Also, Iā€™m sure if they book ahead they will be able to find a table somewhere outdoors, god help them. Thereā€™s no perfect solution. But there are certainly ways it could be less shit.

You donā€™t agree with it but youā€™re calling for it to be extended to sporting events to increase your chances of getting a ticket

The vaccine is fine for pregnant women, mateā€¦ The vaccine doesnā€™t actually cross the placenta barrier.

Ah yeah and come October and November they can sit outside too. Fuck them in other words Iā€™m allowed inside so I couldnā€™t give a fuck.

Pity the WHO came out and said that pregnant women shouldnā€™t get it not so long ago so.

That was a while back? Theyā€™ve been lashing it out in the states since February and thereā€™s been no major concernsā€¦

Shur look it mate Iā€™m sure she and the baby would be fine but she is nervous about getting it and I donā€™t blame her with all the mixed messages going around for months. I donā€™t think we as a society should be coercing pregnant women to put vaccines into themselves in order to placate a few bedwetters though. Iā€™m funny like that.

Ok mate youā€™re right, Iā€™m sorry. Of course we shouldnā€™t have full stadiums because your mates pregnant partner couldnā€™t go to dinner because she didnā€™t book a table outside in time.

When you explain it like that it makes perfect sense.

I donā€™t think anyone is being coerced?

People are being coerced

Where? By whom?

By exclusion.

Exclusion from the pub? :rofl::rofl::rofl:

I never said we shouldnā€™t have full stadiums. I think we should have full stadiums. I just donā€™t think that a woman who is 4 months pregnant and didnā€™t want to take a vaccine should be banned from that stadium and I was pointing out the naked hypocrisy of you calling for the exclusion of people from partaking in normal things in society to be extended to other areas of life so that it would increase your chances of getting a ticket.

From all forms of indoor hospitality. Unless they are working there or in a hotel

Then you are very naive.
