To answer your question @Perez2017, ā‚¬4,500 seems a bit saucy for an Engineer. Donā€™t know what benifits of doing BCAR are if you donā€™t need to, (as long as you have a good builder that you can trust) and I doubt there will be much structural works in a standard bungalow. If you have no clue re building then an Architect would be a good idea for planning and room layouts to make the best use of the space. The ā‚¬4,500 would be better spent there

I am paying ā‚¬1,800 for my engineer, a guy from The Doon side. A top man who I met when I was a mortgage advisor. He is a gent and of great assistance with any questions.
