one would’ve thought so. I cant wrap my head around any of it; why the cops are only going in last month, only applying for freezing orders now, SDT not appearing to go anywhere and peter Kelly giving him so much latitude.

I also cant fathom why they are not looking at the other solicitors involved in the practice i.e. his daughters

the living allowance, as far as I understand, is mostly in respect of keeping the properties in good credit. these properties are going to have to be liquidated to make up the deficit in the client account.

id say this will cost the law soc a good few quid from the fund
