Good on you mate.
There is something wrong when a lad as bright as yourself can’t get the deposit for a house, but I bought my first house at 30, and until that stage could fit everything I owned into the boot of a car.
I sold it at 32 for a small profit, and didn’t buy again til I was 34.
I’m in no panic to buy at the moment.
Just want to have money put aside for when the time comes 
I’m presuming that the time coming is probably more likely a rigged 3rd division women’s Romanian soccer match than a house
