EOS will be at 30 before end of month

I love the bounce you get in binance when you log in. Always up. Never down.

In the halcyon days of February there it was incredible.

Trust is different. It’s pretty much accurate when you log in. Not the same buzz in fairness.

The forum will be rocked to its very core when I get the Bobcat miner up and going.

I watched the video you posted on mining helium. Can you ladybird for me what is the purpose of the antennas? Bitcoin etc are paying to complete blockchain hashs and I understand that but what is the purpose of helium? Is it to confirm data signals?

Creates a network for IOT devices

Helium gives you a squeaky voice.

Apologies I’m absolutely clueless on this kind of stuff so I will ask stupid questions

So is this like an alternative network for data as opposed to standard phone networks? And the antennas are transferring signal?

If I had a single antenna out in the middle of no where is that a good or bad? Or is it best to have several nearby to have proof of coverage?

If the 3 of us had it we would sound like the locals down here

Does it use CPU from those devices when they’re not being used?

4 grand lumped on

I was just looking at bonfire there with a market cap of 95m.

And thinking about real life companies that you’d see getting investment of say 50m or whatever and it’s a big deal.

And these crypto things with no use cases being valued at fucking billions.

It’s actually insane.

We go again

Hon the Bonny

This answers most of your questions

A few people have bought hotspots and installed them at friends/neighbours homes, and in return they’ve offered to pay for their internet for as long as its plugged in. The miner I have ordered only uses 5 watts so you won’t notice and significant change in the electricity bill.

@Copper_pipe @LionelRitchie - talk to me about bots.

I see a few companies selling plans to use bots to trade. Surely if they were that good they’d make millions and wouldn’t need to be selling them on a plan of a few hundred a year to the general public…I presume you’d ideally need to design and programme your own bot if you were to make it work rather than some generic thing online?

They’re pre-programmed to trade based off minor movements in price. Can set to constantly buy/sell doing thousands of moves based on predetermined conditions.

If trading, seems they’re widely used. If investing, no need to pay much heed

There’s lads comparing the Helium mining to the gold rush where you can’t get a shovel. The miners are shovels and can’t be got. (For another 12 weeks anyway)
