Iād argue the complete opposite. McQuaid could be ousted from the UCI soon and be forgotten about.

Darcy is a bit young to be popping his clogs. There is always the danger that his oversized head might explode from sheer smugness but Iām willing to take that chance.
McQuaid will disappear from the public consciousness quickly enough Iād say. He might get a nomination next year but canāt see him making the final again. Not a worthy winner in my eyes if he is chosen
Itās called COTY 2012. McQuaidās cuntishness has bestrode the world scene like a colossus in 2012. Seasoned cunt watchers have noted the huge impact that he has had on sport globally. Itās been a huge year for him, and outside of Roy Keane in Saipan and that doolally priest at the Olympics and Silverstone I canāt think of any Irishman who has made more of a cunt of himself globally than McQuaid has last year.
