This is better entertainment than watching the national team anyways. Seems a cracking atmosphere in fairness. A pity they can’t get remotely near these attendances more often, even the semis in this were 3-4k only.

Yeah agree fully,we go to CCFC and cobh ramblers matches,+ Avondale United senior and under 17 matches,and the crowds aren’t great at times

St Mullins is the very southern tip of Carlow, south of Borris, Rathnure in Wexford to the south and east Graiguenamanagh to the west. It’s closer to Waterford City than Carlow Town. It’s stunning along the river in St Mullins. One of the most scenic and undiscovered places in the country.

Haven’t figured out if there is a county split with Drogheda yet. I get the feeling Drogheda don’t have as much hinterland support as Dundalk do, but that’s more an assumption than anything.

Enjoying life up here, am surprised by the place. The job is going well, and it’s permanent, so we will see what happens in next few years before school starts for little lady
