2.0km left. Arensman has 18 seconds of a gap.

Sean Kelly said the team car needs to tell him to “Ride like a Dog”.

He needs Paul O’Donovan shouting in his ear. 12 seconds the gap with 1.1km. He could get caught right on the line. 17 seconds now!

He’s going to do it!

Arensman wins by 2 seconds! Oh man fine margins. Lipowitz left it too late and the two big boys were playing silly buggers with each other not wanting the other to win the stage.

And here comes Healy, a warrior!

That pink jersey with the Irish flag cuffs is ICONIC.

Roglic blew up spectacularly, lost 12 minutes.

Was that the last of the Cat 1 climbs? I’d imagine Healy has done enough to cement a Top 10 place now.

That’s it now. Couple of handy ones tomorrow. Sunday in Paris will be interesting, they’ve added the climb to Montemarte that was in the Olympics.

That Olympic road race around Paris was brilliant. I was watching it on TV and raging I wasn’t there even though I knew watching on TV was probably better.

Fuck yeah, should have done this years ago.
Racing.

A bit of a sketchy finish over the wet cobbles. 17km left

This is box office.

Hon wout!

That was a great stage.

Brilliant won for Wout. He’s had a rotten year and a bit with crashes. He fairly burnt Pogaczar there.

Pog is a legend for taking the stage so serious. However he looks absolutely wrecked and has for a week. Be interesting if he does the Vuelta.

I’d say he’ll do it alright. Sure who can beat him? Complete the set.

Vingegaard probably will. Although he’s probably as wrecked. I think I remember noting the profile suits Pogacar too. Might come to if the worlds and lombardia is higher on his targets.
