Our club down home had Spin 11 and then moved to Velo Revolution. Thought the Velo to be better quality (Kilkenny man in Cork runs them actually). Club up here is Galibier, local enough crowd. Quality not as good. Kit cheaper.
Velo is good alright but you pay for it. Verge is good too, that chap lives in Callan I think and they did the Callan cc gear.
Yeah the lads that switched to Velo switched to Verge since. The Verge lad is a South Tipp man I believe

Not going on what I see, I never paid them any mind before but you notice other cyclists when you’re out on the bike, there’s a lot of obese men up on bikes, around Limerick anyway, and they seem to have a load of shit (food I assume) stuffed up the back of their jumpers, I’d say they’re not cycling for an hour and they’re eating the equivalent of a big dinner

I’m only doing it as cross training, I ran a fast 8k before that this morning and I was mad to try out the new gear.
It’s very easy on the good bike unless you’re into the teeth of the wind, surprisingly easy actually, you wouldn’t feel 50k except in your arse, I’m looking forward to getting into the hills but it can’t be done for a while yet

Went for a spin this morning and stuck My hand into the box of gear, and out came the Kraftwerk jersey, so I wore out on my spin today. I had those Pearl Izumi Pro bib shorts on. Very comfortable I must say. Picked them up in a sale at Raw in Limerick a year or so back for around 75 euro. I’d say there was Maybe fifty quid off. If I saw them at that price again, I’d buy two pairs
